Tea Exchange Return policy
The Tea Exchange wants you to be satisfied with your selection of products. You may return any unused product, within 30 days of purchase along with the receipt. Return shipping fees are only reimbursed by the Tea Exchange if it was a shipping error from our warehouse.
Tea and Food Items cannot be returned for exchange or refund. Merchandise returned must be in the original carton, unused and in good condition within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase.
If you have misplaced your receipt send your order number, name and address inside the return package.
